Booking Policy

By placing your booking with us you agree to our bookings & cancellations policy.

We may contact you about this booking, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.

If you are planning on bringing a wheelchair or pushchair, or require a highchair, please account for this as a cover in your final numbers. Please note your requirements in the comment box.

All bookings are for a 2 hour sitting unless further time has been agreed with a member of the management team. We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time.

Please note that bookings are for food only. We do not accept bookings for drinks only, unless cleared with a member of the management team.

To secure your booking we will pre-authorise your credit or debit card.

No money will be taken from your account at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel your booking please do so via the link you will find in the confirmation email, or call the restaurant. We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or amend your booking.

Failure to cancel your booking or amend any changes, including reducing the numbers in your party, within the specified time frame will result in a £10 charge per person.

Bookings of 7 or more guests are not available to book online. Please call the restaurant and speak with a member of staff, or send us an email request.

We require £5 as a deposit per person to secure the table. The booking is pending until you pay the deposit — if the deposit is not paid, the booking system automatically cancels your table.
